Offering young people an outlet to speak up and an efficient support system to fall back on is essential to their academic, social, and emotional development.<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->Establishing trust with students gives professionals insight into the well-being of young people. Building relationships nurtures a positive learning environment. Positive relationships between students and adults can show how young people can be supported in all aspects of their lives.<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>One study found that students drastically improved their behavior when they built a positive relationship with a teacher. Results reflected <strong>38% less aggressive behavior<\/strong> and <strong>56% less defiance<\/strong>.\u00a0Teachers who build positive relationships with students can identify welfare concerns and refer them to a school counselor or social worker. Case information is stored securely with lock-down permissions, ensuring only relevant staff can access sensitive records. With guaranteed data privacy, teams can focus on delivering the right support to each child. Reducing administrative burdens allows staff to dedicate more time to directly helping students.<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Moreover, the CMM captures data and visualizes it to help staff make informed decisions\u2014for example, wheel assessments overlay past and current scores to clearly illustrate student progress over time. Users can conduct data mapping with individuals, specific groups, or entire cohorts.<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Student Engagement Module (SEM)<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\r\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->The Student Engagement Module has been adapted to provide wraparound support for students via web browser or app. Our SEM has a variety of tools to track and ensure student well-being:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Task Setter<\/strong>: Allows professionals to set personalized goals for each student, such as assigning homework tasks after sessions.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Mood Tracker<\/strong>: Offers students an outlet to share their emotions to trusted staff members, acting as a form of self-therapy.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Chat Function<\/strong>: Facilitates safe communication between vulnerable students and professionals, such as following up after a session with a social worker.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Help and Advice Documents<\/strong>: Enables students to access pre-loaded resources on important topics, such as mental health or housing.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Attendance Tracker<\/strong>: Evidences attendance to additional sessions, assemblies or pep rallies via QR code scanning.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Calendar<\/strong>: Promotes organization and attendance by displaying due dates and appointments.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->ECINS makes building collaborative support systems for students simple.
