About ECINS

In 2010, the UK Home Office approached ECINS founder Gary Pettengell with a national challenge:
Create a secure, multi-agency case management system capable of connecting people (victims, offenders, vulnerable individuals), places, and premises — all without requiring agencies to abandon their existing legacy systems.

The result was ECINS, which launched in January 2011 as the first system of its kind in the UK.

Today, ECINS is the most widely used multi-agency case management system in the United Kingdom, trusted across:
