Issue:
A member of the public complained to the police in Brighton that nothing had been done about the anti-social behaviour she had reported.
Approach:
The duty Inspector logged into ECINS and looked at the case, history and actions log. The Inspector was able to create two A4 pages of actions that had been carried out. Not just by the police but by partner agencies as well.
Current situation:
The member of the public was updated and the Inspector was also able to point out that on occasions the person complaining hadn’t cooperated with practitioners.
Future:
The situation continues to be monitored and all work and interventions recorded on ECINS.
