We are pleased to welcome Blaby and Melton Mowbray in Leicestershire who are going live with the ECINS Needs Assessment. The Needs Assessment tool was developed for Derby City as part of a DWP pilot looking to manage people presenting in crisis under the new welfare reforms. This electronic assessment links questions to teams/organisations who can offer help and support via the tasking on ECINS and is being heralded as breakthrough technology in assisting the new welfare reforms.

We are now developing a generic Needs Assessment that will allow a scheme to build their own bespoke forms which can be used for several areas of business.
