The Community Initiative to Reduce Violence (CIRV) is primarily designed to engage anyone of any age and connect them to an exit pathway from gangs, violence and county lines. It also coordinates disruptive functions for those who are primarily adults who have been referred, who are criminally active yet fail or refuse to engage. The programme relies on ECINS for these connections and coordination.
In this webinar, CIRV Programme Lead Chief Inspector Daryl Lyon from West Midlands Police and CIRV Consultant Sally Scales give an overview of the programme and run a Q&A session.
